Arkady lambs are reared on grass and legume pastures in the head waters of the Blackwood River at Lynford Farm.
Each pack consists of lamb butchered into different cuts and cryovac packaged.
The total price of a lamb pack is based on the weight of the lamb.
Slow Lamb - Roast, braise, slow cook. $104-$130
$13/kg - (Side/Half Lamb = approx. 8-10kg per pack)
Fast Lamb - BBQ, Grill or Fry. $112-$140
$14/kg - (Side/Half Lamb = approx. 8-10kg per pack)

All our lamb comes vacuum packaged, in convenient packages. This extends the shelf life of the meat. Vacuum packaged meat can be kept in the fridge for approx. 2 weeks or frozen for up to 12 months.
Orders must be made by midnight on Wednesday in order to collect 10 days later.
Your order will be ready for collection at the Margaret River Farmers Market on 5 May 2018.
Payment on collection - We accept credit cards.
Orders over $200 may require a deposit. We will contact you to arrange this if needed.
