WE ARE A FAMILY OWNED BUTCHERY AND SMOKE HOUSE LOCATED ON THE MARGARET RIVER IN WEST AUSTRALIA’S SOUTH WEST.

WE PRODUCE A RANGE OF SMALLGOODS SOURCING EXCLUSIVELY FROM WESTERN AUSTRALIA’S MOST CONSCIENTIOUS FARMERS.

We source high quality West Australian meat, from free range and grass fed animals of traditional breeds to prepare fresh cuts, charcuterie and sausages in the traditional style.

Arkady. British breed lambs, Pol Dorset cross lambs from Lynford farm, located at the headwaters of the Blackwood river.

Plantagenet. Landrace, Large White and Duroc pigs crossbred pigs raised on a farms in the Plantagenet shire in the Great Southern Region.

OUR SMALLGOODS PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE TO OUR RECIPES, FROM HERBS AND SPICES, FRESHLY GROUND IN HOUSE.

All ingredients used to cure or flavor our products have no artificial, coloring’s or flavors.

We use the traditional smoking technique utilizing Australian Mountain Ash wood in a temperature controlled oven. Our process imparts a subtle, sweet, smokey flavor and aroma unique to our products.
